So, hier mal die News in Englisch:

Film by Servus TV / RXS Goalie Maske von AirxessFilm by Servus TV / RXS Goalie Maske von AirxessOnce upon a time...

the RXS masks were made in tha Airxess Studio in Bern.
After 10 years and a huge success, we couldn't handle all the orders.
From 2015 we stopped selling them to new clients! Only the reorders went into production, and it was still 'too much'.

After internal changes, we decided to sell the whole RXS mask produktion.
With the big Company Ortho-Team-Mattle Solothurn, we found someone who can not only handle the orders, but puts also a lot of effort into innovations like:

3D head scans, CNC model production etc etc. You will be impressed where this journey will go!

But nevertheless we want to show how we made these SWISS made RXS high end masks with a short film. Servus TV from Austria was looking for a mask producer who let show the working process. We never had to hide something, so here we go.

The RXS mask production at Airxess was only possible because of it's great team, which WAS:
David Benker: master of laminating, cutting... etc
Daniel Bongni: master of prepping and hardware mounting
Pascal Stegmann: master of prework, parts etc
Marco Streit: master of shaping, and technical advisor
Alec Voggel: Master of Disaster... involved in everything, shaper of the first model/mask (incl. hardware- and foam setup, giving the RXS masks it's typical and very unique cutout style etc...)

Enjoy the film!
Marco and Pascal are invisible, or drinking some coffee.
At the end of the day, Alec was toooo tired to make the interview in German/German (not Swiss/German).
But after 375 takes or so, they thought, just let the guy go...
At the end, Alec is making a statement in Swiss/German, to show how exhausting the day was.

THANKS to ALL involved to making this Film (Lab42Film in Graz)
Thanks to all Airxess members who were involved to achieve such a great product!
David and Pascal, we are missing you! We know you can hardly live without us hehehe...

AND THANKS A LOT TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WERE SUPPORTING A SMALL SWISS BUSINESS, TO TRUST IN OUR WORK AND TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THE SUPER COOL RXS MASKS! T-H-A-N-K-S!!
