ACCEPTING GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
With your order you accept our General Terms and Conditions, which are written in german, on the german website. We tried our best for the translation into english.
Prices and Items
All prices are net prices and very competitive, your advantage! The prices refer only to the InterNet Shop (without helpdesk) and not for the assortment in the AIRXESS studio (with helpdesk). The special discount -mask inclusive painting- is void if the mask was bought in the Online-Shop... it is already a favorable price! Subject to technical alterations.
Payment
We send the items only with payment in advance! You have the following options to pay:
-PostFinance(new!), only for Switzerland with card reader
-Banktransfer (no cheques!)
-Post-Giro
-Credit card (over Paypal, you do not need an account)
-Paypal
Customers have to pay the bank transfer fee. If you want to pay by credit card, chose paypal and you will be redirected to the Paypal website for a safe transaction. You do not need a Paypal account, follow the simple instructions! AFTER PAYMENT (on the Paypal Website) YOU HAVE TO HIT THE -BACK TO THE SHOP- BUTTON FOR THE CONFIRMATION. The order is successful if you get a confirmation mail from our shop!
Order must be payed within 4 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. This prevents that items in small quantities, like masks, are not blocked for other customers. Unserious accounts will be deleted if multiple orders will not be payed in time! If there is a transaction problem contact us as soon as possible.
Shipment cost
Shipment will be with our Carrier/Post... check the shipment cost when you checkout.
Delivery time
Our goal is to sell only what we have in stock! For that reason we choosed the green-yellow-red indicator which shows what items are available. You can only order the items with the green or yellow buttons which are showing that the items are in stock. These items are sent within 3 days. Total delivery time depends on country where the items are sent to.
 = a lot in stock
 = a few in stock
 = not one piece in stock.
It can be that the item has already arrived but was not deblocked. Send a quote if you need it soon.
To decline acceptance
If you decline a delivery, we charge the cost for the reshipment. We have the right to fulfill our contract.
Reclamation
Reclamations we accept whithin 8 days with proof of purchase. Contact us first to sort out the problem.
Return policy
Reshipment we only accept AFTER CONTACTING us within 8 days. Goods can not be ordered only for sample and then be reshiped! Custom made orders can not be replaced, only if there is a material issue. The customer has to pay all the shipment costs (also for reshipment) and toll charges.
Warranty, Liability exclusion
All products are carefully selected by us. We grant a warranty for one year, if there is no other description, if material conditioned lack is present. Goalie masks, cages, etc., thus parts which have protective functions, are partially extreme stress suspended. These Products are only under warranty if a material defect present can be proved. Products which has ben altered or reconditioned have no warranty. Ice hockey is a dangerous contact sport and we assume no liability on body injuries by wearing/using our products.
Products
We are specialized in Goalie Masks and spare parts for different Manufacturers. Because of the high demand we let produce some parts in highest quality which the Manufacturers are not producing or not deliver to Switzerland! These parts have the note "NOT GENUINE" at the end of the description. ALL our Goalie Masks are original from their respective producers and are not copies.
Product variations
We can not give a guarantee for some small Product variations. We reserve the right for small color, graphic or technical modifications. The pictures are only for product identifications and not from exact THAT product. The product can be a little different!
